We do not accept any responsibility for any external website for which links are displayed at Markhor Marketing & Developers. The security / confidentiality and accuracy of the user’s account is the user’s responsibility. Please keep your personal information confidential and only provide Markhor Marketing & Developers with the necessary and correct information in relation to your account. We do not represent you or the other users looking for property or advertising their property or properties at Markhor Marketing & Developers and will not assist any party in the lease or sale / purchase of any property.

Markhor Marketing & Developers is not responsible in any way for the outcome of any negotiations you may have with any actual or potential buyer / seller, lessor/lessee, landlord/tenant in relation to any property advertised at Markhor Marketing & Developers. You are required to comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

You will not copy and republish / advertise any content advertised at or produced by Markhor Marketing & Developers. You will not upload any harmful material on Markhor Marketing & Developers, including any viruses, worms, malware, spam, pyramid schemes or other fraudulent schemes.

Markhor Marketing & Developers may assign or subcontract any or all of its rights and obligations hereunder or under any agreement with any user. Users may not assign, novate, subcontract or transfer their rights or obligations hereunder or under any agreement(s) with Markhor Marketing & Developers, without Markhor Marketing & Developers’s prior written consent.

Terms and Conditions regarding Advertisement of Property Markhor Marketing & Developers

You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the property you seek to advertise for sale / rent at Markhor Marketing & Developers or you have been duly authorized by the owner of the property you are advertising for sale / rent at Markhor Marketing & Developers. You agree to indemnity and hold Markhor Marketing & Developers, its employees, officers, consultants and advisors harmless against any claims, losses or damages resulting from your advertisement at Markhor Marketing & Developers.

You must at all times comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Markhor Marketing & Developers may refuse to advertise your property or properties at its sole discretion without affording any reason. Markhor Marketing & Developers may remove any advertised property at any time at its sole discretion without affording any reason. You represent and warrant that the particulars of the property are true and accurate and any other information regarding the property is true and accurate and agree to indemnify and hold Markhor Marketing & Developers harmless in case of any breach of such representation or warranty.

You must not have been suspended from the use of our services. You must have legal capacity and be of legal age to use our services and to advertise property at Markhor Marketing & Developers. Unless permitted by Markhor Marketing & Developers as per a separate agreement, and with the consent of the legal owners of the property/properties, you may only use our services for yourself in relation to your property/properties. You may be required to pay fees / charges in relation to some of our services as per our policies and promotions.

You will not to change or remove any copyright notice published on Markhor Marketing & Developers. You will not misrepresent any information or provide false / inaccurate information regarding any property advertised at Markhor Marketing & Developers. No information contained Markhor Marketing & Developers shall constitute an invitation or an offer to invest in any property. Further, nothing published on Markhor Marketing & Developers should be considered as a recommendation by Markhor Marketing & Developers. You will not advertise any property using any copyrighted information, or information that you do not have permission to use.

Markhor Marketing & Developers offers no guarantee or warranties that there would be a positive response or any response, once the property is put on display. Any payments made Markhor Marketing & Developers in this regard are solely for the purposes of display of the property advertised. You will not remove any advertisement for a property for at least a period of one week after publishing the same on Markhor Marketing & Developers. You will not interfere in other users’ enjoyment of the services. You will not create links from any website or webpage to any page or site on Markhor Marketing & Developers, express with Markhor Marketing & Developers’s express written permission.

Markhor Marketing & Developers may, at its sole discretion and without providing any reasons, suspend your services (even paid services), in case of any violation, or alleged violation, of the terms of this Terms of Use and in case of any delayed or non-payment of any amount due to Markhor Marketing & Developers, for an indefinite period of time Markhor Marketing & Developers will not be liable for any damages, costs, losses or other actual or alleged claims in this regard. The user shall indemnify and hold Markhor Marketing & Developers harmless against any claims or third-party claims as a result of the user’s violation of the Terms of Use or non-payment for services provided by Markhor Marketing & Developers.

Intellectual Property

All content at Markhor Marketing & Developers, including our services, such as logos, pictures / images, video / audio clips, codified information, text, graphics, icons, images and general data and data compilation, and software and applications is the property of the Markhor Marketing & Developers or, in specified cases, of its users and content generators / suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

You will not be entitled to any payment, resumption of services or reimbursement as a result thereof.

General Indemnification / Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything set out above, each user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless at Markhor Marketing & Developers, its officers, advisors, consultants, employees, directors, affiliates from and against any and all claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, demands and damages (of whatsoever nature) and expenses (including legal fees) due to, or resulting from, any breach of the Terms of Use or a breach of any user representation, warranty or covenant. at Markhor Marketing & Developers will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the use or the inability to at Markhor Marketing & Developers International, its content or links. In any case, irrespective of number or types of the claim(s) initiated against Markhor Marketing & Developers, at Markhor Marketing & Developers’s maximum aggregate liability to any user, in respect of any loss (of whatsoever nature) whether such claim(s) arises in contract or in tort shall not exceed a sum total of the value of the amount received by Markhor Marketing & Developers from the said user in relation to the matter giving rise to the said claim(s).

Markhor Marketing & Developers, its officers, employees or consultants provide no warranty as to its services or any information displayed at Markhor Marketing & Developers. Markhor Marketing & Developers excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise.
